Living room with kitchen – 30 m² (7.5 x 4) with very comfortable sofa, chaise longue, coffee table, and carpet. Next to the front door is a cabinet for a television (not included) and a small key cabinet in the wall. The kitchen comes standard with: countertop, faucet, gas stove with electric oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, and, upon request, full kitchen equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans. Water comes from the thermal spring, is of high quality, and is included. Electricity is charged based on consumption. Internet can be provided via a mobile router (on request, not included). The bedroom is 3.50 by 4 (14 m2) with a 1.60 by 2 bed with a medium-firm mattress, nightstands, bedside lamps, and a spacious mosquito net. Wardrobe and a storage cabinet with storage boxes for socks, underwear, etc. The bedroom adjoins the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with shower curtains, a vanity unit, a sink with plenty of space around and underneath, a toilet, and a cabinet (not pictured). A fan is installed in the back wall.
Costs for rental house for 2 people
Furnished per month 450 euros. Plus kitchen equipment 475.- Deposit: per half-yearly contract 1 month’s rent; 2 months’ rent per one-year contract, 3 months’ rent per 5-year contract; notice is given resp. 1 month, 2 months, 3 months before moving out. Water is included – as long as the source provides water, and that has been the case for hundreds of years. Electricity is separate and based on consumption; for 2 people with a normal lifestyle, the estimate is around 50 – 75 euros on average per month. Internet can be arranged with a mobile router, which is 20 euros per month.
Conditions: In principle, no pets. No noise after 10:00 PM and before 7:00 AM; obviousally, nasty noise in between those times is not appreciated either. Good maintenance (= cleaning) of the house, on the other hand, is highly appreciated. There is parking space next to the house – that is part of the deal. No mess next to or in front of the house. Furthermore, this is a small community of diverse nationalities, and a normal, civilized attitude to life is expected. And besides, anything is open for discussion, for example, if you’d like to bring your (never-barking) dog along. Or another furry animal. Goldfish are allowed without previous warning.
