Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Holiday houses:
- before 8 weeks before: everything minus 25€ costs
- 8 weeks before: 75% back
- 7 – 5 weeks before: 50% back
- 3 to 4 weeks before: 40% back
- 1 to 2 weeks before: 30% back
Guestrooms:
72 h. before: everything minus 15€ costs
48 h. before: everything minus 10€ costs
24 h. before: everything minus 15€ costs
after that the cancellation is considered a “no-show” – meaning no return of the (down)-payment.
Longterm rentals:
Basically, we make a contract for 5 years – that’s the most favourable for both parties tax-wise – but the period of giving notice is always valid, en takes 2 months. The deposit is an equivalent of 2 months rent. If the house is in good condition / equal condition as at the start of the renting period, you get everything back. If not, the damage has to be paid. I make a video at the start, and at the end of the renting period, but we also walk through the house together, so everything can be done in a harmonious way.
